Its a great cause to work for, and a superb charity; but it is suffering from inadequate Senior Management. Those on the ground are outstanding, hardworking and driven to support the charities service users, but as you go up the chain you are faced with an egotistical, demeaning and inadequate pool of talent.

What does sense charity do?
We help people develop the skills to enjoy everyday things like having a conversation, enjoying friendships and living independently. We believe that no one, no matter how complex their disabilities, should be isolated, left out, or unable to fulfil their potential.

Who Started sense?
Peggy Freeman and Margaret Brock reached out and formed connections with other families in similar situations. Sense was born and the families began to break down the barriers that stopped their children being able to communicate and experience the world.
Who is the CEO of sense?
Sense, the national disability charity, has appointed Richard Kramer as its new Chief Executive Officer. Kramer replaces Gillian Morbey OBE, who has been leading the disability charity since 2010.
Where is sense based?
